Annie Rocks Indy

Annie and I went to the Central Indiana Kennel Club show in Indianapolis, IN on Saturday February 12, 2011. Annie has been a real problem for me standing on the table so we haven't gone to many shows. I think she is exceptional and I really wanted to start showing her so we have been working on her table issues. Ready or not we went to Indy Saturday morning. When it came time for Annie to go in the ring she went in and strutted her stuff and showed everyone that it was her day to shine. It was a big show and there was a 5 point major for bitches. Annie easily won her class then went on to take Winners Bitch. I was overjoyed at winning my first major and the icing on the cake was that it was a 5 pointer. We went back in the ring for Best of Breed and to my utter shock and amazement Annie went on to take Best of Winners and Best of Opposite beating all the other class dogs in the show. WOW!!! I am still in shock. I really want to thank John J. Madieros for giving Annie such a big win and to finally see my hard work breeding quality French Bulldogs pay off. It was music to my ears when the judge told me he thought that Annie was the best example of the breed standard in comparison to the other class dogs at the show that day. On Sunday Annie won her class, but was fidgeting on the table as usual not wanting to stand still. She came though for me on Saturday when it counted most and I knew we would have a hard time repeating Saturday's win on Sunday. What a day. What a dog. Annie is not just adorable, but she is amazing!!!!
